SARA MOLTENBREY, LPC
Therapist
Life is full of challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. My name is Sara Moltenbrey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and families in educational settings. I specialize in helping teens and women navigate emotional struggles, improve self-esteem, and address relationship challenges and life transitions.
I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), to help clients achieve meaningful change. While I am trained in ETT, which helps to release emotional blocks and promote deep healing, I also tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or past trauma, my goal is to provide a flexible, client-centered approach that empowers you to heal and grow.
Research shows that therapy can lead to lasting improvements, such as enhanced self-awareness, better relationships, reduced anxiety and depression, and greater emotional resilience. I work with individuals ages 10 and up, supporting teens through the challenges of adolescence and guiding women through the various stages and transitions of life.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and personal growth, I’m here to provide compassionate, effective support every step of the way.
